so if i ad 2 more tab need to tune the 3 tab same tunning or what?? thumbup.gif
*
Its up to you. Can tune same or not same also can. All based on your driving experience after tuning it. You can tune it to city driving or all out highway drag style.
Soon after CNY i will have a device to properly tune the AF ratio but for now, we have to tune it according to our own driving experience. biggrin.gif .

QUOTE(mc_groven @ Jan 4 2011, 12:15 PM)
Bro... Thanks for the service and explanation given yesterday night on this product, my initial findings on this product as below

Kia Rio 1.4 - Year 2005 - tune to the range of 1.0

Before installation
- Gear changed kick in late, even due to periodic service done (flush)
- Due to this, RPM drag in certain level.

After installation
- Gear shifted went pretty smooth, base on RPM reading, it gone down from 3.5 to the range of 3.2
- Feel the pick up from stop position.
- More torque feels in between low to medium (2.3 to 2.6 for 100km/h compare to 3.0 before installation).

Can't judge on fuel consumption yet, but I would say is positive so far..

Great to know bro. Its weird that alot of TAB's user told me rpm went lower and speed higher ... and still alot doesnt believe and they say the only way is by changing your gear ratio. biggrin.gif I do believe FC will improve for your ride and like many others out there. Thanks for the support bro. enjoy it. If want more power, gimme a sms. hehe biggrin.gif

QUOTE(yoshi86 @ Jan 4 2011, 01:47 PM)
Bro, you are driving MT or AT ? i using accent 2004 AT, tune at 0.8, so far cant feel much on FC save but the car have a better pick up and engine more quite as well as feel that car more light when drive. today i will be try tune it to 1.6 to observe how much different for it.
*
I think its a MT if not mistaken.
QUOTE(invisiblelim @ Jan 4 2011, 04:26 PM)

Great item bro  biggrin.gif
Satisfied with it.
But i'm still trying to find the sweet spot for my Myvivi  smile.gif .
Want to have optimum balance of performance and FC (tamak tongue.gif )
Any suggestion?
*
Try 1.0 setting. alot of Myvi set at this setting and its the sweet spot. unless you have K&N open pod, then go down abit lower ...say 0.8

QUOTE(Armmm @ Jan 10 2011, 05:00 AM)
Bro, i'm new here. Sorry but just wanna ask sumthing. Did the 6 little hole suck air? if so, this TAB should also have filter inside to prevent dust from going inside the intake manifold and also to the combustion chamber for a longer life of the engine. But for the performance i guess it really worth to buy it.  biggrin.gif  Interested to have it, can post to ipoh aaa... Still promotion isn't it...
*
Ya the little 6 hole sucks in air. The tune-able valve is to restrict the air flow and its to small will notto be able to allow any particle to enter the unit itself.

New cars stock air filter have even bigger holes and dust and sand did penetrate thru the stock filter element. I seen few pesona, saga blm and even cps campro satria neo also have sand in their air filter engine side. I wonder if the original proton element is doing filtration or where the sand came from at the stock air filter.

Already test for 1.8 setting tonight... What can i say is my high end, aiyakkk drop gila2, very2 slow to reace at 5.5k rpm compare before installation of TAB... The engine sound also seems back to normal... But feel a little bit lighter for low end... I'm quite satisfied with the 1.0 setting than 1.8... Very2 down after test this setting sad.gif , but don't get me wrong k... smile.gif
*
Yes, correct . Coz too much air mean too lean , that why i said, dont overtune as you will feels power loss and fc increase. Should be 1.0 be good already for most engines below 1800cc/.

If these products are so good, how come no race teams use the products in their car? wink.gif.

A quick google search for "Air bleeds into the inlet manifold" should save a lot of people from parting with their hard-earned.

I'm sorry seller but this is similar to the power balance bracelets with similar impossible explanations as to what the product actually does. This however is worse because it can actually cause harm to everyone in the form of increased pollution, and to the car owner in the form of possible engine damage if it makes the engine run too lean (setting the device to the "wrong CC" would probably do that.).

Joined 7.37am, posted 7.42am ...you created a new account just to post here, i am amused! Thanks for the bump. As suggested , we dont recommend going too high as it will cause bad fc and power loss. I am sure you didn't even read the whole thread. Thanks for your concern. And if its just an air bleed why does many feels the different compared to other brand on the market. Something for you to wonder.

hey bro mercury,

If not mistaken your car is saga/iswara? If the idling problem, you can opt to install it before the FICD unit or try after the FCID unit. It might solve the idling problem you said.
