For OVI Store, according to online sources, seems no way to reinstall it back. You can try BBXiong suggestion, or you can try connect to OVI Suite, then go to Software Updates, see there is OVI Store listed or not.

Btw, you also loose those pre-installed apps for MY. I've emailed Radiance & Paolo to check with Nokia regarding this, how can we get back those apps.
