We have 3 shift, morning afternoon and night. This time round is afternoon and i'm working 7 days a week. smile.gif When shift change, we have about 24 hours difference before our next shift ... which means we have 24 hours off during the shift change every 5 days.

well, you can replace with a replacement leave. So you can considered no off.

actually not can, but it's in the schedule. YOu'll be given rep leave ... i feel it's ok smile.gif I can put my leave to good use some other days though it's kinda tiring continue to work for months without rest.
