well, it always exceed one

my friend who use 512kbps, can get 800-900kbps

it depends on the port in ur area

u re now in cyber? cyber can't get fast speed anyway..

it also depends on the copper line quality, ie more attenuation, the lower the speed and more unstable

Region lock feature is alrdy there since day one, it is up to dev's decision to implement it or not, sony didn't force all games must region locked unlike M$

Sony is getting more and more ridiculous on their PS3, starting from the update that makes Linux dissapear
