1st batch of Myvi also CBU, got different colour code and the batteries are also using Japanese standard (the ones with smaller terminal). I don't think CBU will be stated in road tax, the grant maybe but road tax, I don't think so.

Added on October 17, 2010, 9:53 pmIf I'm the MD, I will pay more for CBU 1st batch to gauge the market 1st before even thinking of setting up line and vendors.
my bad. the grant will stated whether "pemasangan tempatan" atau import sepenuhnya or something like that so u will know whether it's cbu or well pemasangan tempatan... but i am for sure they will never be such 1000 unit CBU or anything..

you dont even know what's inside, the interior etc, never test the so-called tune-by-lotus suspension..
yet you pick to buy because want a cbu car...wth?..go buy a lancer, then you get 100% cbu, *******
it's just....sooo doesn't make sense >.<
lotus handling is by far the best selling point of proton. i hate proton and will never buy proton, but lotus handling, it's not a fictional story created by anyone, it's there and in every proton car and it's great.

those who already book inspira are just cheap asss..want a lancer, but can't afford, so buy a inspira lol
but then scared of proton quality..so need to book asap to get a almost similar lancer.
and hipo.hipo..kirt as well ;p
proton is always a proton, even if the cbu story is true (which i highly doubt) it still will suffer severe quality problem. dun worry, we will hear power window problem, water leakage in cabin and everything sooner or later. it's usually common for first batch of proton have lots of problem which they will rectify on 2nd batch..
