Thanks for the replies, I really hope so. I'm hearing a different tune from others, saying SA's typically get about 600 from the bank if a loan comes through them, so they would be much more eager to deliver cars to people taking loans instead. Hope that's not the case 

"Allocation is based on loan approval" still sounds scary though. It sounds like they will not allocate a car to me although I've paid the booking fee, because I've not applied for a loan, due to wanting to make a cash payment. Unless you mean, I should make the transaction now, so they will hurry up and deliver a car... Because I'm waiting for their call telling there's a car ready, before I make my transaction

yes. both light and rain sensor is attached to the windscreen.

yes. it doesn't lock automatically. I have to manually lock it.

How about others? Or is it only for mine? 

that one definitely works.  i open and lock the door with the buttons on the key.

what i know central locking is you lock your windows, so that your children wont accidentally open up the window and throw out.

You are mistaken with AUTOLOCK which mean it locks all your doors after braking or rpm.

My previous car got Central locking, not Autolock.

...and it's not even called central locking. It's called child lock.

but to be fair, i wonder too how could Mercs specify window lock as central lock? maybe you should check yr Mercs manual,

Just checked the 2.0 inspira backseat..too soft I think..at first I think proton just want to cut cost by providing soft seats but after that I went to see original lancer and try its back seat.. Almost the same with inspira
