QUOTE(drexchan @ Nov 12 2010, 01:37 PM) When asked: " Will You Change Your Exterior to Lancer Parts?". 36.4%: "No! Let a Proton be a Proton."; 27.3%: "No! That won't make me look any richer."; 4.5%: "No! I do not want to hurt the heart of Lancer owners."; 22.7%: "Yes! That's why I buy the Inspira in the first place."; 4.5%: "Yes! But I sincerely feel sorry to the Lancer owners"; 4.5%: "Lancer? What's that?" <----- LOL!! So it's about 70:30 with majority choosing to not be a wannabe. So heartbroken Lancer owners, if you choice of owning a lancer was not for showing off, you do not need to dump it off now. Let your Lancer be the unique one. thats an incomplete word

QUOTE(RahXeph0n @ Nov 12 2010, 04:59 PM) Anyone? yes after the loan approve and the LU (letter of undertaking is out) chasis/reg will be assigned. that means that car will be yours. bcos no point if assign a car if the loan fail to take place for watever reason. i think cash deal will be faster. go straight to registration once they allocate stock for u. actually i dont see much problem here. if once PE cant give u stock, go to another one (cash deal)

QUOTE(RahXeph0n @ Nov 12 2010, 06:42 PM) Thanks for the replies, I really hope so. I'm hearing a different tune from others, saying SA's typically get about 600 from the bank if a loan comes through them, so they would be much more eager to deliver cars to people taking loans instead. Hope that's not the case "Allocation is based on loan approval" still sounds scary though. It sounds like they will not allocate a car to me although I've paid the booking fee, because I've not applied for a loan, due to wanting to make a cash payment. Unless you mean, I should make the transaction now, so they will hurry up and deliver a car... Because I'm waiting for their call telling there's a car ready, before I make my transaction i think proton commision maybe around 600. definitely not 600 from bank to the SA. maybe 100-150 bcos hot cars dont need ppl to sell them yea thats the whole reason of cash n carry. u pay cash and u 'carry' out the item. fast n simple.

How about others? Or is it only for mine? hi do u mean that it doesnt auto lock when handbrake release, engine started? central locking is when open close doors with remote, still works rite?

QUOTE(jychow @ Nov 12 2010, 07:40 PM) that one definitely works. i open and lock the door with the buttons on the key. yea i think u scared some other forumers saying central locking does not work on a new car this decade the feature u looking for is auto lock when brake/handbrake is dis-engaged. or when re-engaged

QUOTE(coolster @ Nov 13 2010, 10:23 AM) what i know central locking is you lock your windows, so that your children wont accidentally open up the window and throw out. You are mistaken with AUTOLOCK which mean it locks all your doors after braking or rpm. My previous car got Central locking, not Autolock. lock doors, not window. windows lock is a separate button. i'm wondering how many of us here do actually own a car

QUOTE(eddie_al @ Nov 13 2010, 03:29 PM) it's not really up to him to call it what he wants. he was just trying to correct the wrong term you used...=.=" but to be fair, i wonder too how could Mercs specify window lock as central lock? maybe you should check yr Mercs manual, haih people. its right also if its labelled as central lock (but its for windows. to lock all windows from use centrally). but generally when u hear someone talking about central locking in cars, everyone knows we are refering to car doors not windows. even the bangla car washers know this. (with exception of some e class merc drivers ) if u shout at him to open central lock, he wont go wind down all the windows one by one LoL i really do hope this explains it. if not, we will need video demo

Almost the same with inspira did u ask the mitsu SA about inspira? tell him its not campro engine. see his reaction
