so, have to take risk oso. although buying a H or T will have lesser risk but inspira is a value for money deal and i don't want to pay more bcoz of taxes in buying H or T. the 5 years warranty with EWP would cover most of risk in having inspira and would plan to change a new car in the 7th year for a hybrid which would have mature at that time.

Tun M said in TV3 news report that inpsira sure to give drivers satisfaction and thumbs up for all plotong models. But he arrived in BMW 7 series to officiate the bread shop opening ceremony in Puchong. Shows how hypocritical his thumbs are...more like the inspira sure to give him sth to pocket...

Reason I am here : To read up people's views on the inspira. Actually searching for a review from a Lancer driver. That would be more believable.

the scenario is like this ( I do not know where to start):

I have a Lancer parking in front of my house now. It's my partner's. We've been with the car for almost 1 year now. Lancer is my dream car since they were launch in 2007 and my dream of driving one is finally over when my partner,got the love of the first sight when he saw the Lancer, bought this car. Performance, etc etc and club members are all very fun indeed. We used to be proud owners of the car and still are ( with lesser percentage..heheh)

my view:

Lancer is a very good car. Engine , cabin, overall look.. As someone said, there will be flaws anywhere..so Lancer has its own...  My partners' car is partly sold now as we are waiting for the bank loan approved by the bank. Even so Inspira was launched yesterday, still, there was a buyer came in to look at the car tho we insisted it's waiting loan approved. We do have our waiting list also! back to the Lancer, my partner was very devastated of the news and decided to upgrade ..yet we did not know why we keep on visiting Mitsu show room and peeking the Sportsback.. For me , 1 conclusion, the car is good..we couldn't get away from it. We tried to search for other cars who can surpasses the 'with character' kinda look. None!..Even, we cancelled the Civic we once put down the booking.. there;s only one H can be in par with a Lancer.. ( or brings the feelings of upgrading)..H Type R..  yet finally, we ask the q's..Is it worth it?.. As per other variant, we decided to shy away from other variant of Lancer as well.. as there's news that there might be Inspira Aeroback or something. Some of you might say..what's wrong with the car..good car..then keep it.. yet, we paid a very expensive lesson for the normal Lancer already..we did not want to lost more! the car went down from 100k value to barely 85k ( with acc) in few days time.. That's big loss! The longer we waited, we lost more.

Good news is that.. we haven't find any car model to replace a Lancer ( of the same price tag)..yet..so far..

us and Inspira:

We were angry.. yet, further thinking makes us realize..'hey, it's a good car. why not let the Malaysians feel it. Get comfy with it so people will have more expectations after this..which in the long run will make Proton realized, they have to improve as the standard is set.'. Whoever met us to talk about the car, we told them to go and have a test drive of an Inspira before getting back to us.. We even saved a person from buying the cheapo (downgrade) version of Lancer awhile ago by telling him about the Lancer-Waja , before he kena RM40k more for the same model. For me , INSPIRA is like a GIFT from Proton to Malaysians ( note that this will only applies to the first batch so far)..yet with the hype around now, we can expect the 1500 units to be carefully inspect! they won't crash their future customers with this model. Surely the model will be good! As per FORTE, any of you realize that the interior is actually a copy of Lancer ( also)..that was my first thought when I sat in a Forte when it first launched and even the lights..(hey my bro got one.. no offense..he like it!)

I haven't gone to Proton to see INSPIRA yet. Doesn't want to get the whatever-look they will give me if I drive a Lancer and park in front of showroom. heheheh Waiting for my partner and maybe go there with another car as we wanted to hear the normal explanations the salesman always give instead of "SAma ja bang!' that we got when we visited the lorry..

and..the best part is.. going there not to criticise.. yet, if it is good or even better from a Mitsu.. I will get one for myself! as I am in search for a new car also now! thehehehehe
p/s sorry guys..long ler.. actually all I wanna say.. what type of car will depend on you.. human will always in demand no matter what la.. and yeah..don't re-and rebadged it to Mitsu la guys.. Just change the hood and bonet back and front with the real carbon fibre . That! is real poison! and That! is why people is actually coming in to see the Lancer...of the hood and bonet.. save and invest a few K ler..  buy the REAl carbon fibre ( not sticker)..and stick back the PROTON badge with proud! People will come and touch your CF and then only see what car is that ler..  You will be amaze that a Proton can actually amaze people! Don't be that sceptical..even we suffer because of Proton, we still in consideration of having the car as our second car!:p and will get back once I test drive it..
