Hi all. I wonder to overclock my rig... Need some suggestion to get best performance & best stability. How should I adjust it...? I want to overclock my CPU & GPU.

CPU current: AMD Athlon X2 4000+ 2.1GHz
GPU current: GeForce 9500GT 512M D2 550MHz Core, 400MHz RAM, 1400MHz Shader.

*My GPU (using MSI Afterburner) cant adjust the core voltage, CPU able to adjust voltage.

Newbie here...

Hi all, newbie here. I wanted to test out my processor maximum performance... I have never tested before. Currently using AMD 9950BE 2.6GHz 140W version + 2G Team Elite 800 + Asus M2N68 + CM 460W Extreme.

I tried to overclock to 15x 200MHz = 3GHz. It works fine until I run Prime95 and then it hangs. Over 3GHz cannot enter Windows, keep blue screen. The safe limit is changed to Overclock Profile -> Overclock 7%. And then it works fine. But make no difference... Anyway to overclock it higher?

No. Need add how much mV? I only have these settings: Auto, +50mV, +100mV, +150mV.

Added on June 17, 2011, 6:14 pmJust now I have changed System multiplier: x16 3.2GHz, Bus speed: 200MHz, Voltage added: +100 mV. Now I can enter Windows. But after a few minutes BSOD occur: Machine_Check_exception.

What's the problem? Now reset default already.
