the board I am using is Asus M4A88T-M/USB3 , I just notice I can't under voltage via BIOS. This is strange.

I think the bottleneck is my RAM (Mushkin 4GB essential), I am sharing it with the built-in GPU.

Spec: X3 440, Asus M4A88T-M/USB3, Mushkin Essential 4GB, Seasonic SII 520W. No GPU.

1. Have u tried turning off load line calibration & cpu-nb load line calibration?
2. Ur using manual mode or offset mode to reduce the volt? hmm.gif

@cloudwan , latest status, it seems that anything after 13*250 = 3250MHz will BSOD, still can POST, but can not even tahan 10 minutes on Prime95

Now I am on 13*250, while posting this.

On your hint:
1. Hmm, I saw that option, I leave it default
2. How can I see the mode? For the voltage, I can only press +, press - will lead to auto. Hmmm

Unless your CPU is lemon chip lol, most new chip 1.4v can run 3.6ghz or above already. while Thuban 1.4v can run 4GHz already, but its pretty hot at that voltage unless you have some best aftermarket cooler installed.

1.35v, but unstable, i guess my chip need 1.425 something. Well currently im stuck at 3.7GHz, i guess my RAM is the culprit here because i used up all the ram slots.

Temp never reach 60c of course, in aircon room rclxms.gif

28c? hmm.gif U got that reading from the core temp or cpu temp? If core temp take it with a grain of salt lah.. sweat.gif
Use the cpu temp, core temp is a bit misleading sweat.gif

Why u wanna bump ur NB volt? Bump ur CPU-NB volt instead not ur NB.. sweat.gif
BTW list ur spec & what setting u use for us to easier help u troubleshoot ur problem hmm.gif

Maybe yes maybe not.AMD got said, eventhough they release FX variants there will still a mainstream parts. So no worries actually.

But from the point branding "FX",it means AMD is already speculating/expecting that their new Bulldozer should perform as good as Intel.

What i like is the "FX" suffix.I wish to have it to,its just nice.Just like some of us here like the processor detected as AMD Opteron brows.gif

Give us your CPUZ CPU and Memory Tab Screen Shot.

For now,set your ram timing to 5-5-5-12 first.

Now stable or not?

If not pump CPU Volt a little.
