try surf da alliance bank CC... i think there's some card can apply own picture... but i not sure there's CC or DC~~

You can pay anyone's TM bill at TMPoint and you still get the 5% cash back from OCBC Titanium.

Actually you can pay all other utility bills (which TMPoint accepts) and get 5% cashback

Calm down, pal.
You may pay anyone's TM bill at TM Point using your ocbc Ti card and earn 5% rebate.

There are places without TM Point but TM Authorized Dealer. It is pending to verify whether TAD falls in 5% category or 1%.
