which cc offer the best benefit for oversea transaction ?

amex cc ? since it has promotion 15% cashback, does it apply to oversea transaction too ?

Pengsan, just finished registering 10+ payees for OCBC , one OTP for each payee. 

Now OCBC is like HSBC previously.. OTP needed even to log in

My first statement with OCBC arrived and glad to see that I get almost RM28 rebate on <RM800 bill. However, I did spot something strange. I did get a 1% rebate of RM2.xx but I did not have any transaction thats RM2x.xx in the statement. Bonus kar?

I applied for a cimb cc and i haven`t received it yet... But the card is present in cimbclicks and it shows that i have RM50 to pay, guess its the tax charge.. Do i have to pay tis amount once i start using the card? I thought they waived the RM 50 charge, or what should i do to waive tis cost?

Is it any difference between "AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD CHARGE CARD" & "AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD CREDIT CARD"

haha, nowadays things are different with everything online. Actually I don't seee why cards can't be approved within a week if a customer meets all the necessary requirements. All banks have access to customer credit history. CIMB can issue cards within an hour so why not others?   
well I dont' have RM20M yet in my name and dont't earn RM50K a month but I do have total CL of >RM500K, that is total combined CL from all my cards

I would just summarize the benefit as you can refer to my earlier posting on this card for more info and comparison.

Benefits: No annual fees, automatic RM50 GST absorb by bank if spend RM10/year, 5% cash rebate for petrol, groceries, utilities and DINING.

so if i go to tm point and pay.. will i get 5% if the bill is under my dad's name? or i have to go change n put it under my name only i can get the 5% bcos c.card is under my name?? so mafan wan!

TM point accepts credit card payment for other utility bills?

i just got my ocbc card sent to me yesterday.applied it 8 days ago at 1u new wing and was surprised to find the card in my mailbox. i was rather taken aback when i didnt receive any calls from ocbc card center to verify my identity or ask any questions regarding myself. it just got approved straight away. hmmm...lousy risk management or they are just desperate? 

Jz found out that if we wanna change our billing date, we will not be able to enjoy the cash discount anymore.  Weird..

I asked the SC
according to her, once i changed, i will not be able to enjoy to the promotions available as the Tit holder, is not allowed to change the date.

I asked again what's d rationale, and according to her, it is the policy.
