You guys can download the 3 parts of the patch files from here http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_Mirrors

After finish downloading,extract the files into your Wow/updates folder and run the launcher for the rest of the installing process.
Hope this will help people having problem with slow blizzard downloader issue.
