just wait, i did wait for 10 mins, get the call, select to talk to cs, then say im interested to buy, then she will asked further question to log to relevent depart.. the result.. im gettin it tomorrow.. yay!

i was told that the bookings via 123 is only applicable to postpaid users..

the outright purchases is through hotlink iphone plan.. which is u buy the phone at rrp price, and get 12 month 500mb free data if u maintain the hotlink number for 1 year.. another option is to subscribe to idata1 option, but it falls under no contract, which is u can terminate later..but still, u have to be existing value plus principal line to do that...

that was what i found out on my visit to sunway piramid maxis centre last night.. just stop by to ask any iphone stock available, ask me whether im a current postpaid user, said yes and she asked me to do bookings via 123, and explain those above after i asked..

btw, was also told that ivalue plan is a new plan, and did not have all those international roaming, IDD, etc bundled with like value plus package.. only for local user which was stated here in the plan tnc,

if wanna go oversea, or idd or sms oversea, better just buy idata, because it will keep what existing value plus have..

already 24hours non stop playing my new toy after gettin it yesterday afternoon..

my exp, call last friday nite, sat 11 am morning maxis call me and give me the booking appointment for collection on weds afternoon..

i think as long as ur name is in the list, they will entertain u... they check with ur ic.. i come early 30mins, also they entertain..

stocks is alot.. have 6 kaunters, with each has 2 boxes .. i think they have taken stock for all the appointments set for that day... coz they asked us how many we want when they book us..

already been playing with this toy for 2 weeks now..

one fine night, i just called maxis 123, talked to operator, asked whether still got stock, offer me to foward to relevent department, said im interested, took my details, say within 2 working day maxis will call back
next day morning, maxis staff call me, give me appointment to collect phone at klsentral in 2 days time..

no need to queue, no need to rush, save time n money.. =)

when i got my phone, the staff the asked me whether i wanna cut my sim or get a new micro sim, said give me new..

im a postpaid user btw, and that call is the 2nd call ive made which turns out to be successful.

why not all postpaid user try calling 123 again, dont choose the iphone4 menu, instead choose to talk to the customer service..
the first one which i choose the ip4 menu, they say they did not accept bookings.. huhu..

it is at plaza sentral not kl sentral, its the building besides kl sentral, from kl sentral departure entrance, u walk straight across the road and traffic lite towards plaza sentral building, walk toward the end u will find maxis academy, at wall u can see iphone 4 collection centre, if u drive, just park at basement, it will take around 20mins to settle all... oh ya, here u can choose 0 interest credit card if u interested
