There's already a few telco got their license on 4G.

But definitely not going to use next year. Look at how many years it take for 3G to stable and affordable to consumer.

Just hope they roll out 4G then 3G data become cheaper.

If maxis have enough iPhone4 unit then yes, my friend maxis staff already booked from his MEP boss. The boss want to reserve the phones for the customer 1st.

By doing roadshows and events, they can show apple they are bringing out a lot of hype, even better than digi. Maybe next year Maxis can negotiatefor better price, exclusive or more allocation from apple.

1 person only allowed to buy 2 phones at the roadshow, errr I might as well just get windows phone 7.

They want to save money, don't want to outsources to event company and wanted to do on their own.

U mean sign up iValue plan w/o contract? If with contract might as well u get the phone cheaper.

I would say why not u sign up ivalue 12 months plan, get an iPhone4 and then resell it. The profit can cover ur few months bill already.

iValue for main, iData for supp. No other way. I calculate my usage and it's not worth to get 2 iValue, cause my call between my supp line is around 10 hours per month which is 600min o.O

I went KLCC today reach at around 6:30am. Got my number 5220 the 21st person.

Sign up 1 plan and then purchase 1 outright. Later I saw 1 guy on the next line around 7-8 person behind me, I asked him whether can he let me tumpang to purchase 1 outright or not. Bingo! he said no problem moreover his from Klang also same with me. And you know what? even though his behind me, he got number 5218 o.O probably the person in front got blacklisted or something.

So people who want to purchase outright, either u walk-in to other MC and try your luck, or U can go KLCC early, find ppl who only want to purchase 1 unit, offer him to help him queue or maybe spend him lunch. I'm sure someone will let u tumpang, unless you look too suspicious haha. They guy just right behind me also buying one only, If I ask him let me tumpang I think no problem also.

Ask and thou shall receive, don't be shy. I mean is not like people nowadays are that harsh, ask sincerely sure okie one. Of course maybe you might get rejected the 1st time, or the ppl u ask want to buy two. I don't want to queue up again for the 3rd phone, and I'm not signing plan anymore so I don't want to regret for not asking.

Word of precaution though, make sure you're with the person u tumpang when buying, you don't want anyone to runaway with your iphone haha. Anyway the guy let me tumpang was a nice guy, got his name card too wanted to spend him for a meal some day.
