Yeah because its your mistake buying without knowing. If you checked the card correctly for your device and the card doesnt work u can debate or argue.

If you bought wrong its your mistake furthermore its open the seller is unable to resell it. Will you buy a opened package memory card?

Just my opinion. Last time i bought a device even the company allows exchange policy he do not allow me to return because i accidentally damage the box.

its about packaging. So like we repeat will you pay for an open packaging sdhc card. if yes ill sell you mine for the retail price
