Budget - RM1500 plus minus Wifi Surfing - A must Use to receive emails / send emails Able to install messenger (msn, yahoo, skype) Can FB Camera good quality (8Megapixel and above) Good battery life No lagging Use office lite to read pdf and office doc Can install garmin or nokia ovi maps Calendar can syn with outlook Some games Voice recording while talking on the phone Recommendation is appreciated.
