I seriously skeptical about that. Have you ask the local Samsung service center if they can service this model?

The seller gave me a warranty card from the supplier. So yeah, have to go to the supplier's location to claim the warranty. icon_rolleyes.gif

i just scare after warranty no place to repair it, and must send back to US to repair sweat.gif
or when the parts need to be replace, need to wait the parts send from US to repair... shakehead.gif

if the above condition wont happen, then i will choose it.

For really basic, try a Nokia C1-00. Good reception and excellent battery life smile.gif

For something a bit more, get a Nokia X2. Also good reception (tested reception in pasir puteh tongue.gif) and with 5MP camera, stereo loudspeakers and priced at only about RM320 brand new smile.gif

If i am not mistaken, user still have to pay for the hardware except for the manufacturing defect despite phone is still under warranty.

For Samsung, it is hard to say. But mostly, Nokia and SE users no need to worry no 1 to repair their phone if anything goes wrong.

Spare parts is a major issue, but finding the person who knows how to repair it is not easy as well.
