i'm not satisfied with their after sales in terms of firmware support,
there are issues with S^1 that needs to be addressed,

felt neglected as a customer, now with S^3 here
i wonder what is left for S^1

might not apply for users in the 5800 era since the time gap between them and the N8 is bigger than the X6

@neocz: symptom not that bad until hav to go NCC yet, and i didn't use the android unlock screen

@ping: didn't 'play' with it, just a normal back to homescreen tap and it hangs
