QUOTE(hermozo09 @ Oct 20 2010, 04:31 PM) wat is hard reset?? & NCC?? sorry, noob here Hard Reset means to Format the Phone. Follow these steps : Switch-off the phone (Remove the battery and re-insert it, if necessary). Now Press and HOLD the GREEN (Call) key, RED (Call end) key and the Camera-capture key SIMULTANEOUSLY. While still pressing the above three keys press the power On/Off key, hold them until phone boots up. It will ask for your pin code . Enter 12345 (default) or if u have changed it then enter ur Code. Lastly if it doesnt work then send it to NCC - Nokia care Center

QUOTE(hermozo09 @ Oct 20 2010, 04:48 PM) by format means all data saved will be lost? so i need to back up it first rite?? Hard reset - This option restores the original operating system from the ROM. Formats the C: partition and deletes all data. better to back up all necessary data in E drive

QUOTE(tkhoo @ Nov 11 2010, 02:47 PM) ic..the arrow bar is on which side? I need to read the manual tonight If u dont want to use 3G Data ... But want to run only on wifi then go to Settings - Connectivity - Destinations. Here delete all the access points Under "Internet". this will delete all the 3G access points. U can then create ur wifi access point there.

QUOTE(ckuanglim @ Nov 15 2010, 09:11 AM) I connect my X6 to PC using Mass Storage Mode. Then I search for the X6 drive in 'My Computer'. Let say E drive. But then inside E:\ don't have 'Resource' folder. Try installing "X-Plore" application. After u have Installed it . open X-Plore, Click Menu - Toos - Configuration. Now tick "Show hidden files","Show ROM Drives","Show RAM Drives","Show system files/folder". Now you will be able to see Ur 'Resource' Folder via X-Plore.

QUOTE(ulwan25 @ Nov 16 2010, 06:34 AM) hey i got a problem. i take the risk by buying x6 16gb 2nd set at nearby store.. if i go to option (any option like option in messaging) it got a screen dats just like running water. i think it's the voltage problem like 5800 used to have. what shud i do? can i send it to NCC without warranty? I think What u are refering to is "water-damaged screen". Check this Link Water-Damage Screen which provides a solution for your problem.
