biggrin.gif Comfort level.. Depends on what you're gonna do with Ubuntu/Mint lo.
If you are like me, who store all my files in my /home folder instead of C:, then allocate more space for linux.

ext3 is a journal filesystem, much like NTFS.
swap is more like "Page File" in WIndows. You cannot store your files inside swap. It is for ths OS to swap to disk when main memory (RAM) is not enough.

If you don't store a lot of files (Video, songs) in Linux partitions, then 20GB should be more than enough. smile.gif

You need either ttf-arphic-uming or ttf-arphic-ukai or both as the font.
As for input you need to install scim and scim-pinyin.

You can do it in synaptic.

Just to point out there's RealPlayer for linux as well. Just in case the above solutions don't work for you.

Hi, I just started to learn about Linux. I had follow the instruction here(under file there) by typing " file <name of file> " but it always show "No such file or directory" .
Do I make any mistake?? The picture below shows how I did it.

I already tried all the files inside my Download folder.
Thank you.

Your terminal's working directory is not the same as the directory which contain the file. You need to first
CODE
cd Downloads
