i dunno if i have the right to ask here or not...since i'm the noob in ubuntu world..mind if i ask is there any details guide on how to install ubuntu right after u burn the OS into the CD....bcoz i have a problem to run Live Cd on my PC..after i boot my pc there is a command prompt that i not really understand....the option that being given was \mlx or something....(i cannot remember other option)..kindly pls help...i'm really wanted to test Ubuntu smile.gif

i have a problem with those following using Aspire 4520 on Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty
1. Wifi connection...seems like it cannot detect the device
2. Card reader....how to make this thing works??
3. Bluetooth...is the built in bluetooth cannot be used at all...so the only solution is to buy a dongle??

hopefully Ubuntu sifu could help!!!

i have a problem with ubuntu after update 2.6.31-19...it says the kernel can't load...what to do??
is there any solution to clear up the boot loader of the earlier update???look like a mess to me..
