im using 8.10. anyone can teach me how to connect to wireless. i checked the hlp files.
but i cant find the system > administration > network
i think its called the network manager.

im using acer aspire 3680. veery old lappie.
btw, can i save those command into a shortcut or something. easy when im gonna use it again and again. huhu. *first time using linx*

ok now i know the network manager. but how to connect to wireless internet?
eg. im going to oldtown white coffee.. how ? if i right click the network manager only got create new wireless and connect to hidden wireless. mind teach me

the thing is. im dual booting currently. i tried booting in XP at oldtown and the wireless just auto connect. whe ni boot in ubuntu. i cant surf the net. and i dont know how to connect. huhu..
