Anyone here uses SAMBA for file sharing among housemates/units/friends?
I have uBuntu installed, and i reckon i've also installed Samba (following the steps according to what's been discussed this past 30 pages).
Problem lies in, setting everything up using the terminal, and accessing the home folder of the designed server from other users.
We've got a wireless router, and the server with uBuntu (samba) is a P3. The unit im living in has 7 other notebook, 2 macs. Anyone with experience of installation able to guide me on how to "share" the files, doesn't seemed to work at the moment
