hi, been going to the gym for 1 year and usually i only read and never post. haha.
i have a question and hope you guys can help me out.
recently went for a blood test and the blood test result was i have anemia which means low iron in blood. i take creatine and is it bcos of the creatine or the lack of iron in my diet?
