pizzaboy , what do u suggest to replace rice ?

i mean , to avoid hunger(nasi can eat full full, plain meat/vege will cause hunger sooner )... is spaghetti good enough ? biggrin.gif

cuz i normally eat eggs , veges n meat in the goreng/cooked with oil in wok for lunch/dinner... but yet still contains proteins/sodium/etc etc nutrient.. rite..?

guys , i'm doing workouts like 4 x 12 for certain weight.

i woud like to increase my strength/performance from time to time ,which would be the best ?
should i stick to this ... increase the weights when i'm capable to do more , or should i change to ...

first set : light weights 20 rep
2nd set : add a lil more , do for 16-18 rep
3rd set : add a lil more , do for 12-14rep
4th set : add again , do for 8-10 rep
5th set(optional) : add and do for like 6-8 rep..

i got confused over the info i got from net + frends .. mind to advise ?

GUys ~ what do u all feel and where after SQUATS ? i dont feel any shit on my hamstring? no effect ? definitely doin the right way but my friend got some " tensed / burning " effect on his hamstring after 4sets

guys .. is Preacher curls , Dumbbell Bicep curls and Concentration Curls targetting the same group of bicep muscle ?

i'm planning to do 2 or 3 exercises on bicep( 6x6 ) for strength training.
currently having Hammer curls on the list . wanted to add 2more exercises but different variations, any feedbacks ... ?

one question here please !

for strenght building, i'm goin for 5x5/6x6 exercise !

what is the rest between ? it is said that 30-60sec rest is for strength building and 2minutes rest is for size ?
