I'm tired of doing isolation workouts like barbell curl etc. Wanted to try squats or deadlifts but I always have phobia doing these. The first time I did squats, a trainer saw me and said I was doing it the wrong way and might injured myself.

The thing is I do not know if I do it the right way. I doubt those personal trainers will guide u unless u pay them for their service. I'm afraid i might damage my knee or back
