Regular training, never really tried my 1 max rep before LOL

been doin 175 8-12 reps for 3-4 sets depending on condition/mood

then i started taking some carbs 1 hour before training for 2 week, then finally managed 185LB for 12 reps for first set, then 10reps for rest of the sets.

I realised that the amount of chicken breast i've been eating for the past 9 months for my post workout is 400-500g which is around 150g of protein?

I had it all in 1 go usually, is it recommended? Since we wont be able to absorb that much protein at 1 go. I wouldnt wan the protein to go waste. any advice?

Skull crusher
50lb x 20 x 1
80lb x 12 x 1
80lb x 10 x 1
100lb x 12 x 4

Alternate dumbbell curl
15lb x 12 x 1
15lb x 9 x 1
20lb x 12 x 2
20lb x 13 x 1
25lb x 12 x 2

V bar tricep pulldown
30kg x 15 x 2
35kg x 15 x 1
40kg x 7 x 1
40kg x 12 x 1
40kg x 20 x 1
55kg x 10 x 1
55kg x 11 x 1
55kg x 12 x 2

statikinetic gave me half bottle of MRI Black Powder Orange Flavor because he says it no longer works on him

This is the first time I use pre-workout supp and here is what I feel from my normal arm workout, since I tried it on arm day


Taste : Taste good cause I am not so particular with taste as the whey that I used all these while is tasteless lol

Focus : 30mins after I took it, feels energetic and active? But I started my training 1 hour after I took it. At the beginning of the training, can keep goin with minimal rest time in between sets, but focus was no longer there after 1 hour I started the training.

Recovery : I can feel faster recovery in between sets where I can do 4 sets 12 reps of max weight for all the workout I used to do without reducing the weight, can reduce the weight and still go further.

Strength : Not much different in the strength though, still the same

Pump : Crazy pump after several sets into the workout. Bicep is so tight and hard lol! So far this is the second or third time I feel so pump for my bicep ever since I started bodybuilding.


Hopefully its not placeboo effect. Total sets that I did was 35 sets including warmups



Of course need to thank statikinetic for the Black Powder he gave me!!

yes i know lol~ just pissin them a lil bit ~ train like 30-35 sets for 1 body part, i still cant get big, its sad =(

haha, that of course includes warm ups and also drop sets,

eg:

barbell curl 30kg for 12 reps, then 20kg for 8-12reps within 30 seconds, there u go 2 sets already.

30KG dumbbell and feels light?

Well, max I did now is 35KG barbell curl at 11 reps LOL~


30KG on a single hand is monstrous! Or maybe 30LB?

chicken breast from market, rm6-8, thats a freaking big piece which is enough for protein u required whole day. if not enough, eat more eggs

depends how big is ur piece, my 1 pcs is 1 whole chicken's breast. not 1 small kfc pcs. and its not those small small chicken

go market more often then u know and finishing 1 whole pcs at 1 go is not advisable since its not gonna be absorbed all at 1 go, recommended 30-40g protein per meal and 5 meals a day
