I do that currently during cardio... I usually practise on crossgrove complex but i don't do power clean... Looks a bit awkward in the gym plus i don't know how to do it tongue.gif

result: i'll say awesome.. keep the rest time really short 30-45 secs and you will worn out really soon..

I only use 10kg each side with olympic bar...

i jus started complex, but another workout which arekey show me.
i tried getting a barbell from fitness concept yesterday, but out of stock till august. i'm in JB....sigh
i use 12.5kg on each side with a standard barbell.
power clean is damn awkward for me.
i practise with a stick and jus couldn't get the form rite.
somehow i can't get the form for front squat rite too. i can't get my elbows out....sigh....

been doing this brutal barbell complex jus 1 week ago.
i failed on the 3rd sets, but i enjoy it very much

Thats good news. The last time i orderd CEE from bb.com, it got 'stuck' at kastam for over a month. I told bb.com to refund my money. They did, but shipping cost = burnt.

In terms of cost, which is cheaper . isolated proteins or egs??

Search for Steffi Peanut butter and read the label. Then maybe u understand why...

So, i guess the best thing is doing cardio to reduce the fat at waist area because there are no spot reduction exercise.. Please correct me if im wrong...

Any other way to import 10-25kg items cheaper to Malaysia ? Some item not available in Malaysia.

Why eat nuts?
1. Nuts have good fat
2. Nuts have low GI carb
3. Nuts also contain protein

However nuts are high in calories. Dont eat too much

jus dun eat those by Tong garden etc or salted 1s.

too much sodium is not good.

get those natural 1, no added salt or sugar

Twists, stand with your feet apart(shoulder width), imagine sucking your belly button in (core tight). Twist your upper body left to right fast but keep it tight. 150 - 200 times non stop, real fast. Movement only within your midsection. Just a suggestion

Does squatting in a Smith Machine make squatting easier?? I saw this guy at the gym squat 5 plates (495lbs/225kg) and was wondering what his freeweight squat was.. Although he didnt go below parallel, it still impressive!

i assume you're a bodybuilder not a powerlifter. bodybuilding is about how much you look like you can lift, powerlifting is about how much you can lift. so you'll want exercises which are more efficient in muscle building, not exercise which can help you lift heavy weights. well that's my thought though, heavy weight do help you to grow faster - in a way. you know what i mean HAHA
