Wow, I never knew Animal Pak pack so much crazy shit into their stuff.
It's pretty good stuff. I've always assumed it's just a multivit.

Well, it's a multivit + vit C + Calcium + multi-mineral + all sorts of good herbs (milk thistle, ginseng, inositol, choline) antioxidants (pine bark [most grape seed ext are a joke--pine bark is the one you want], alpha lipoic acid) + digestive enzymes.

You could buy all those separately (maybe cheaper, maybe more expensive) and swallow them individually. But you'll lose the convenience.

Go the barebone method:
Pure whey + cocoa powder + psyllium husk + half teaspoon sugar (mainly for taste).

Somewhat bitter, all natural and most importantly: none of those artificial sweetener crap.

Xtend is pretty nice. I love the lemonade flavour, so I used to add it to all my drinking water. LOL!

Yeah for member only. ON Whey 5 lbs: RM248.90 x2 = 497.80

So each ON Whey: 497.8 / 3 = rm165.95

You can look for those mangosteen/xanthone extract, acai extract/drink which are pretty good stuff.

I personally recommend pine bark extract.
Fuh! Great stuff, but a little costly when you take the big box.
I wish I'm selling it, besides just buying it for my family.

Tabata's kinda tough. I personally don't have the mental fortitude to do it all the time.
It was originally meant to be a test done once in a blue moon.

Maybe you could go crazy:
Tabata ---> rest/faint/nausea ---> cardio/aerobic stuff.
or
Cardio ---> rest til happy ---> Tabata.

w00t!!!

Or try RossTraining's No Excuse. 10min of conditioning, similar to tabata. Bat shit crazy if you go 100% all the way. But you'll be sweating for quite a few hours after that (even after you bathe).
