who got some trial passes for any gym around PJ/KL? Need for Sunday workout since my gym closes on sunday tongue.gif

can get into the gym and workout on sunday for FOC lol

haha, some times weekdays got something to do so skipped gym, therefore replacement workout has to be done on sunday but sunday gym closes tongue.gif

Harbinger quality aint that good btw. My gloves are almost worn out in 6 months and the one i bought was wash and dry but turn out that when i dip it into water, the whole bucket turn into black!

Any other good gloves?

guys i dono this is the right place to ask

do u guys have met problems like ur fren/gf telling u ur muscle too big and geli?

i've started to see some results but there is a girl i like actually telling me that my muscles too big and geli, but to me i tihnk it is still not big enough.

cause recently in fb i actually updated my profile pic of me posing with my bicep >.> then she told my fren that i am too big and geli, and just now she told me the same thing again!

my dilemma is, i like this girl, should i stop to grow bigger muscle and just maintain?

Not exactly trainning under terry, but since I train in terry's gym, I asked for some of his advice for workout, form etc. So he taught whenever i asked him something.

I don have any feelings for her last time but initially i just wan to loose weight and build some muscle. it seems like muscle getting bigger and manage to slim down although bf percentage still high. Thats why look big and muscular when i wear bodyfit shirt.

Now i think i'll cut and bring down to mma fighter body type.

no prob on that, but problem with polo tee at padini concept store, most polo tee sleeves stuck at my arm when i try to wear them! i cant even adjust them properly, gotta give up polo tee and go for normal tee instead =(

One funny things is that, when everyone started going to gym, they think that the muscle growing gonna be like as big as john cena, ronnie coleman etc.

It takes soooooo many years to build muscle. I've friends eating more than 10 eggs, taking whey, eating chicken everyday, going to the gym and still growing muscles is like so difficult for him.

10 eggs wont give you the muscles you want. Nuff said, just eat and train, worry less. I'll pay you money if you can get john cena body by eating 10 eggs per day in 1 year.

i would advise you to join some ghetto gym around your office, workout 3-5 times per week. Remember this, bodybuilding is about 30 percent hardwork in gym and 70 percent from diet and rest.


worry less that you will get too big because it aint gonna be easy to get so big.

Then you gotta fix your diet first.

Eat 5-6 meals a day or eat every 3 hours to keep the metabolism goin. When we say eat 5-6 meals, it means the usual amount that you eat per day but spilt into 5-6 meals. You do not fix your metabolism overnight, it takes months and years. You gotta make it a habit.

Just continue playing sports, going to gym, and eventually you will loose weight. I am endomorph and I lost 18KG already in 9 months, its slow compared to some other people. But at the same time I've pack on some muscle mass as well. Considering you do not want to bulk so much, you could actually loose even more than 18KG if you want and determined enough.

BMI and weight wont be a good indicator anymore, check you BF% regularly to track your progress.

Since the metabolism rate is high, as usual the concept is same, we need to supply the body with protein every 3 hours. Eating 5-6 meals a day.

But usually high metabolism rate refers to those ectomorph, so they can take carbs compared to endomorph. Eat MORE than usual, supply the body with sufficient fuel.

Keep the rep range 8-10 for most workout as a beginner. As soon as finished workout, drink your whey and glucose to avoid catabolism.

Conclusion, just eat eat eat eat eat and train.

benching only 185LB at the moment.

chest fly 45LB per side.


have been stuck at 175-185 for sometimes already, cant seem to proceed heavier, any idea?
