yeahh. it's really hard to get the updated list for this. i saw 2 or 3 was sold about 3 weeks ago. you bought properties by MEH before?

Quality concern and construction risk are on the higher side for this project. If really really really interested, probably a better idea to have a thorough look when it is completed. Ensure u r satisfied with the end product and its quality then only decide whether to buy from subsale.

The BBB era for luxury houses are over, the sellers are mostly in weaker hand now esp that this project have exceeded its supposed VP date long time ago.

expect enormous maintenance spent on the stabilizing the hill after VP apart from normal management fees. a walk to the hill few days ago was welcomed by hundreds of mosquitoes !! dont expect to leave your door open for natural winds, it will never happened at hill area.
