actually, not sure what is meh thinking.
with the capital injection they obtained, is ER considered the top priority? it's a classic case of even if they win they still lose. as in with ER completion, doubt that they made anything out of it or would they receive praises/compliments. with the completion, reckon that owners may even proceed with proper litigation on the LD. their only ace in the sleeve is still the EC. but maybe that is not up to them anymore and resting on their partner. all in all, good thing for the purchaser. nightmare is finally over or is it just the beginning. my 2 c |

i was also thinking about this project lately and have been meaning to ask what is the status now?
and with regards to common facilities, how does it work? the handed over units pay monthly fees? without the incoming other units, how sustainable is the club house facilities? anybody can share latest pic of the development please? |
