Limited supply. People who pre-order with cash sure get priority. Doesn't matter if you preorder last month.

I think Dark Grey looks the best among the 3 choices in Malaysia - the other 2 being green and silver.

Prepaid is a bloody trap...

I'm using prepaid also (Maxis Hotlink). More flexible for people like me who don't like monthly bills.
And when I use up my 500MB internet quota, they can't charge me extra. They have to SMS me to renew.

Has anybody posted a link to Engadget's review of the N8 yet? Their review is surprisingly balanced.

This is still better than iOS by a mile, of course -- we'll take widgets with limited layout options over no widgets any day.

QUOTE
Let us also be clear about the software: we can say in no uncertain terms that the N8 is easily the best Symbian device that Nokia -- or any company, for that matter -- has ever made. Unfortunately, by evolving at a glacial (and largely superficial) pace, Symbian itself continues to cater specifically to a market of individuals who were early smartphone adopters five or more years ago.

I'm only 173cm. cry.gif But seriously I don't think young kids need such an expensive phone. Except if you want to impress the young ladies. brows.gif

Still undecided if I want to get this phone or wait for something better end of year.

andrekua, can N8 replace your HTC Legend?
If can I may consider N8 to replace my HTC Hero.
Is it possible to install Google Maps on N8?

That video is really old. I think when they first announced N8 they showed that video.
