I finally get what it feels like to be 'encourage' for a better future.

I got ambition, I got dreams, I got future plans (sort of) so Im in cruise control mode.

They understand, but want me to 'turbocharged' those plans.

This is what happens when they start comparing you with other people.

Here's an example:

Me: I MIGHT wanna take CCNA in year 2.
Them: for what? [w/ i-am-somewhat-skeptical face]
Me: just wanna increase knowledge
Them: other than that?
Me: can also mention in resume mah......find job abit easier
Them: wah then must go get this cert

1 week later, they found out more about Cisco certs.

Them: eh why dun you take CCIE? I know ah ping ko ping ko ar got those 3 certs!
Me: CCIE level 3 lah, level 1 havent reach yet
Them: then get all 3
Me: I only need 1 or 2 lah, you know I dont like working for ppl for rest of my life
Them: nevermind wan, the more the better
Me: ._______."

Since you guys more otai than me, do you think Information System Engineering is a good choice? I switch from Computer Science cuz I dont like programming.

I knew that, I want to venture into management field of IT.
