More than a decade ago, we can live under RM 2.50 for a USD.

The problem is that we're not moving from low skill industries to high skill ones and when you don't you compete with countries like Thailand, China and Indonesia. Higher ringgit costs will result in FDI running to other countries.

All in all bad planning by govt.

That said, Malaysia needs to have captains in respective sectors, just like Air Asia is certainly a benchmark for LCCs in Asia.

How can we be green when the local market condition is not even conducive for such adoption...

Even in Australia, they have incentive for home insulation.

tats the prob!

Talking abt Aus, insulation program is a scam.
In term of build environ standards which i studied. They have requirements, jst its not totally enforced. Now. its totally enforced for all new dwelling & renovation.Previously wasnt.

For Msia case,

I look at commercial wet areas, why arent we using dual flush yet? hmm.gif

I saw some places use dual flush toilets.

The KTM stations under Rawang-Ipoh project are all built with toilets that is equipped with dual flush toilet.

If i am not mistaken, 3L/1.5 L (i forgot the exact one).
