this is a commercial title right? how about the utilities charges? are they on commercial rate too?
cos' i read online that certain places are charged residential rates although they are on commercial title. http://biz.thestar.com.my/news/story.asp?f...36&sec=business would appreciate it if somebody could confirm this |
