this is a commercial title right? how about the utilities charges? are they on commercial rate too?

cos' i read online that certain places are charged residential rates although they are on commercial title.

I intend to install 1hp AC for MZ floor (bedroom area) and 2 hp for GF.

Is the pipe size of the readily concealed copper pipe suitable for 2hp AC at the GF?

Any advice is appreciated.

the existing pipes only cater for 1hp non-inverter AC. Somehow my contractor told me for it's possible to install up to 1.5hp york inverter AC.
