How do you feel when you bought a product from an online portal charged RM0.00, got confirmation email but later...oh ya after you complained the owner said.."sorry if our 3rd party vendor mistake on zero pricing, so we are not responsible. We cannot honor this price glitch. If you want we can offer you 20% discount"... WTF???

Say they are not big online portal so cannot afford to honor such mistake. Well Mr Smart Pants...if you don't honor small mistakes you will never ever become big right?
