50% a bit susahlah bro. And Mobo during those era usually dont allow OC. By Antique I tot you mean Pentium II and below. My first OC was Pentium 75Mhz - 90Mhz . Can OC until 112Mhz but with limited stability. My PC was the fastest in mah town in 1994 hehe. Added on October 23, 2010, 12:28 pmQUOTE(lowstate @ Oct 23 2010, 11:56 AM) tumpang thread. how bout a pentium D 2.8Ghz with stock cooler? foxconn board Try to OC in 5% increment until its not stable. My approach is 5%, play a few games and try to notice any glitch or graphic issues if no move on the next 5%, also monitor the temp to be at least lower than 70C .After you done with CPU OC then do RAM OC, play oso with latency and all.. QUOTE(lowstate @ Oct 23 2010, 12:31 PM) in case failed i just have to reset my mobo right? OC with stock cooler before? Pentium D will explode i guess OC'ed a 2.4Ghz to 3.0Ghz (Pentium 4 C or D i forget oredi), before with stock cooling, using MSI Neo2 board. Nolah it wont explode, you will get glitches or instability long before you OC until fry the CPU. Just monitor the temperature.
