Browsing thru Power Management Setup Menu where ACPI function located, there is a setting "ACPI XSDT Table" which is disabled by dafault, the describtion says that it is for 64bits OS, should be disable if running 32bits W2K & Win XP. So, I enabled it, plug in the HDD with Windows 7 X64 installed last night.

Viola !! It's running fine now.
