I've never used a v330 before but a V700. The v330 seems to be able to scan only 6 frames of 35mm film each time
and doesn't support medium format which may be important if you are going to shoot MF or have any MF film to scan later on.
If your budget is below RM1k and you want the best performance flatbed scanner,
by all means, get the canon 9000f or 8800f if you can still find it as they both cost around RM300-400 more than a V330.
I think the top up is worth.

in terms of colors and sharpness tht 9000f better than V330??

You can try Bang Bang Geng at Publika.  They are one floor down from BIG supermarket.  They sell all types of film.  But they sell it with processing and scanning bundled into the price already.  The scanner they use is a Fuji.  I've tried their services and it's top notch.  The fella there always changes his chemicals in the machine, so no problems so far with a bad process etc.  I was pretty impressed with one of my fluke shots taken from my olympus OM10, used Kodak Ekta 100 film.  Took a nice shot at Cameron Highlands at one of the plantations, wanted to decorate my living room and decided to enlarge it to the max !  So I looked up photo poster printing and got it enlarged to 44" x 66"  Was very suprised that you could do prints that large, I think because it was film and it has natural grain to it, and it was scanned at bang bang geng using a fuji scanner.  Very little pixelation, just the nice film grain.  I got it poster mounted (the cheapest mounting) and it's now hanging on my living room...  was contemplating doing a canvas print but price was a bit out of my current budget.

So do check out bang bang geng at publika if you want to try out film.  The guys name is Koon Yik, nice fella and you could talk to him for advice if your new to film.

Have fun and keep shooting !
