QUOTE(cik_tak @ Oct 7 2010, 11:57 AM) at the moment . i'm using fm10,Yashica Mg1 and Holga. as ive told u on the other thread. planning to get Mamiya or MOST PROBABLY LUBITEL. i scan and dev at my house too. but my scanner is the cap ayam 1. Canoscan 4400f. so the picture quality is not really that good. LUBITEL terbaik !!!!! a bit more serious than Diana and Holga. Just saw picture taken with Lubitel last nite and the result is WOW !!!! . ok for BW processing . i'm using illford ID11 and another one is DDX. actually i'm doing this with my frens. i develop the film . and he got the film scanner. future planning.. develop slides . i love analogue. and very lucky i met people who really love analogue !!!!!! HIDUP ANALOGUE ! got a hassy le bro...mamiya oso can...hehehe to get good picture consistently with a lubitel/mamiya/ hassy, u'll need to buy a light meter. a simple 1 at least! get the analogue 1 which cost 400 bucks will do. apart from that i choose to use camera with metering so that i dun need the hassle...heehhee QUOTE(ahyie @ Oct 7 2010, 12:20 PM) looking at old pictures r true poison...i missed my Yashica Electro 35 GSN, FED 3, Lomo Fisheye 2 very much... |

QUOTE(ifer @ Oct 7 2010, 04:40 PM) ermm, one questions here... nope. lomo is just a style of processing. why the majority of the photographs i have seen here are very 'lomo-ish'. film photography shouldn't be like that right? film has much more than just lomo. FILM is very addictive in everyway...i mostly shoot street phog with film coz digital still cant emulate b&w fully like how film does. cheers! |

QUOTE(ifer @ Oct 7 2010, 05:20 PM) but why were you using expired films? (a lomo trend) i am so glad that u point out my weakness actually. thanks a million. i really need feed back other than the usual "good work" comment.and your black and white photos, seriously aren't that good tonality speaking. i used to teach black and white processing and printing and to be honest with you, it's a fail student's work. hope you don't take it in heart. i am thrill that there are people who have the commitment of self processing the films and stuffs but i guess maybe you do not have people to guide you to do it the right way... or you prefer it that day: water stains, dust, low contrast, etc... that is why i am asking. again, i am not looking for a war my b&w processing is not a proper process. i didnt regulate the temperature. i just hantam wat ever temp it is in. i hope u can give me a guide. i learnt my b&w processing in a course i took in my university. it is taught my a technician only... cheers! |
