Got this few days ago, just sent in my first roll for processing today. Nothing special but I got it for $20 at a market fair so I'm not complaining. Hopefully this may hone my skill so the m7 won't be under-utilised.

basically just like the Smena 8M, Smena symbol etc etc... where u have to estimates the distance of your subject, and turning the focal of the lens.
the round window beside the viewfinder appears to me as the sensor for metering. Hence this cam is not a TTL centre weighted metering but a full area average metering.
you are right I believe, the round window next to the viewfinder should be the light sensing cell.
