that's cold coffee brewing technique. It's super slow (overnight even), but every coffee lover should try at least once. The coffee that comes out is mighty concentrated, without the caffeine. Basically, the better the beans, the better the taste.
Some say this is the only way to try kopi luak. i've tried it, super expensive, but seriously it's out of this world |
