i just bought asus p7p55d-le-x, i5-760, corsair twin pair ram, graphic card,...... from this shop...then ask my friend to setup the items...after all completed, try to run the system but failed, after a theral inspection the ram got burned, tried to rma..but the salesperson said it's not on warranty bcoz she said that its my own fault and can only try to send it to the distributor...said that it's mybe bcoz of my psu..i'm kinda puzzled bcoz i just bought my corsair tx 650 watt & i think it's sufficient enough to run the system, not satisfied i bought another pair of new corsair ram and tested the system again but failed...i keep getting this long beeping error and i thnk its a memory prob..i'm really pissed & then sent to a repair shop in jb..to my surprised the technician said that my mobo is the problem and i must change the mobo...wtf...it's all brand new..so my advice is..

NEVER TRADE AT VIEWNET...THE SHOP LOOKS CLASSY BUT SELLING FAULTY PARTS... vmad.gif

Why didn't you bring the system to Viewnet to let them check?

How can she be dead sure about you spoiling your own ram while she giving you "maybe" on what causing it to be faulty.

Wow, bad customer service to the Max.

I like C-Zone better, anything spoils, they will inspect thoroughly and if they can't find out what's wrong, they send it back to the distributor. I buy a lots of my item from them, and so far has 2 dead boards and RMA successfully without much complication.

Btw, I also has great experience buying and claiming warranty in All IT Hypermart Ikano.

And I also bought a lot of things from Cycom.. so far not a single item is faulty. So my first choice is always Cycom, if the item not available, then C-Zone.

i guess whether the item faulty or not is not intended. mostly depend on luck. but the salesperson respond to your warranty claim is totally speechless. shakehead.gif shakehead.gif shakehead.gif

I've buy my full rig 4 years ago with them. Quite good. Not so bad, until i realize kene tipu. I nego for a rig around 2.5K. They hook me up with 8800gt that time still very new and expensive. And i try to buy other stuff that in the moderate price. they say they give me Real Power PSU 500w, but until I burned the PSU only i realize it's eXtreme Power, that so called extreme but actually not power at all. Send to them show the resit, they wanna give the one I thought i bought, but instead I topup money to get a better PSU. RMA with them also so slow. they say 3 weeks, after 2 month haven't got any call. then i call, they say, oh sudah sampai lama. Bahlol da smpai tak nak contact.
