Would want to give my 2 cents on how the rules should be :

Game Version : 1.24e
Map Version : 6.69b
Mode : - apomnp (All-pick, Only-Mid , No Power-ups)

For Max Slots and Tournament format, the organisers should adapt based on the confirmed players joining. More than 32 players, use single elimination ; Less than 32 players (as Kampar has a tournament that same weekend) , remain the existing format.

Tournament Rules

1. Winner of coin toss to decide pick order and side (Sentinel to host, host has a slight ping advantage even on LAN)
2. The pick order will be: Player A bans 1 hero, Player B bans 1 hero, Player A picks 1 hero, Player B picks 1 hero
3. No limitations on heroes being picked.
4. No limitations on items being bought.
5. Recharging Bottle via courier is disallowed. (Punishable by an instant Game Loss)
6. Game starts with empty slot full with computer easy, game gold at the start of game will be 778.
7. The winner is the first to reach 3 kills or destroy 2 enemy towers.
8. Time limit 30 mins. When limit reaches, score will be calculated based on 1 kill = 1 point ; 1 tower = 2 points. If points are equal, game will be dragged on until the instant a player managed to score more points from the 30 min mark onwards.

3. The winner is the first to reach three kills or destroy two enemy towers.
4. Start game with empty slot full with computer easy, so early game will be 778 gold
5. No scroll of town portal
6. No limitations on heroes being picked.
7. No limitations on items being bought.
8.Time limit 30 mins. When limit reaches, score will be calculated based on 1 kill = 1 point ; 1 tower = 2 points. If points are equal, game will be dragged on until the instant a player managed to score more points from the 30 min mark onwards.
