Just curious about this:
Or
Which statement is true? What is your opinion according to your experienced?

in my experience, this whole jitter issue have been discussed since the dawn of digital audio (and digital trasmission age). jitter this, jitter that, less jitter is good, more jitter no good, pcm more jitter, bitstream more jitter and all that crap are just marketing bull.
sure jitter have some effect on the digital trasmission, but both receiver and trasmitter have some form of jitter correction mechanism. meaning they will work with some transmission error.
and rather than giving too much concern over such trivial (i classify them as trivial) matter, and waste money to reduce/eliminate such jitter in transmission, you're better off wasting money on upgrading something else. like speakers. or amp. or if you like, cables.
there's gonna be even more loss of resolution futher down the lane at the DAC and analog stage.
