Well Amazon UK as me to send me BGS and they will refund me for the shipping charges but I am still piss off this could happen.

Somehow I feel that the BGS I got might not be new, coz none of the case was wrap except for 1 and I wonder how another movie can get into the case.

So sent them another love letter, telling them how piss off I am lol and see what they gonna do about it. Oh I also tell them they should make a complain to UPS, coz none of my order that is shipped using UPS ever arrived on time. Even my DHL order that arrived in M'sia on the same time and day as the UPS one, reach me on time, but not UPS.

From my experienced, which only one case tongue.gif and others' stories, Amazon usually will ask you to return the BD if it is Box Set and expensive compared to normal BD.

Yeah I bought from them cause it's cheaper but service really not as good as US one. They just replied asking me to give them the amount it would cost to send it back and they will refund to me immediately and I can return the item back to the after they refund it. It's not that I do not want to return the BD, but they should know how troublesome it is for us overseas customer to do that, and I expect a bit more than just sending replacement and asking me to return the BD.
*
Amazon US also like that. Their will ask you at very beginning "how much costs for you to sending back?" rclxub.gif

Don't worry. You can inform them later when you know the final costs for sending back. By the way, how to calculate our labour charge for sending back? hmm.gif tongue.gif

How you gonna show them the "labour" charges when you send the goods back?
Do you need to show them a proof or something? that you have sent the items back and the charges for claim?
*
Their never ask me for receipt. Anyway, so far, I only send back 1 boxset wink.gif .

No every BD got digital copy. Even you got digital copy, you still need US's iTune account. Malaysia's iTune account can't use. tongue.gif

This is a reference quality audio/video presentation that truly enhances the enjoyment of this film. Those who like playing their systems at reference levels will want to exercise caution as there are transient peaks and extended dynamic range in this recording capable of testing the limits of lesser systems. Kudos to Warner Home Video on this one.
