Travel BOYCOTT HWAJING TRAVEL & TOUR SDN BHD, POOR SERVICE & CHEATING CUSTOMER!!!

BOYCOTT HAWJING TRAVEL & TOUR SDN BHD(华京旅游有限公司)!!!!!

I went for 3 days 2 nights Cruise + Singapore trip with family. This is the most worst trip I ever been and forever and never join the trip from this HWAJING Travel &Tour Company!!

We are enjoying the Virgo Cruise in the first day, but in the second day in Singapore , the travel bus was broken and we force to share the bus with another Group (under your company but different itinerary). Unfortunately, on the third day on the way from Singapore back to KL, the second travel bus also broken down at the Johor highway (not far away from Yong Peng where after we taken dinner). We feel annoying why 2 travel bus to Singapore also broken. Why that Company no proper checking on the maintenance and servicing the bus before out for the trip? Saving the cost without consider customer’s life??

The bus broken down by 7.30pm while journey back to KL, the both tour leaders just keep silence for half hour, never explain to the tourist what was happening and just sit there did nothing, never call for help or call back HQ to find the solutions, around 8.00pm, 1 of the tour leader just mentioned bus was broken. The tourists want her to call for backup/replace bus but she just ignores and waits for the BUS DRIVER to repair the bus, some more the bus broken down is because of the hand break broken and it need to be replaced. The tourists felt very angry because there is no guarantee after repair the hand break would it be safety to drive? Somore that is the bus driver and he is not a foreman/technician. Are they bet on the customer’s life & safety?? The tourists all just waiting and waiting, no timing how long it takes to repair the bus or situation can be worse, no air cond in the bus, some adults just out of bus to wait, but there are kids & baby have to stay in the heat condition bus for 2 hours!!!! By 8.30pm, the foreman came to repair the bus. Until 9.30pm, finally repaired successful and continue the journey home. While back to KL already 12 am midnight. While back to KL already 12 am midnight and 1.30am only I reached home. (suppose reach to KL by 9.30pm in itnerary schedule).



About the Tour Leader

This is the worst tour leader that I never met before!!

- While in the bus, the tour leader never use mic to speech, she keep on talking but only the front passengers can hear, the people sits behind have to meet her and keep on asked her questions but she has the responsibly to explain the itinerary to us not us to ask her. She really very poor presentation and given incomplete information to the tourists.

- the tour leader asked the tourists meet at 5pm after visits to Sentosa tour, but she the one be late for half hour and give a lots excuse.

- After back to Hotel about 10 minutes, the tour leader only told us she given the wrong room key to us and we have to packing again and change to the actual room number.

- No planning and no time management – she asked the tourists want time to be meet up, but not herself to set a time to us. Along the journey, everything also delays for half hour. She has no proper planning on the time management. The tourists have to starving until 9.30pm to take dinner. And dinner location far away from Hotel (1 hour journey) at Chinatown but no timing to us for shopping then why chosen a far location just rushing for a normal dinner?? Until 12.00am midnight only we back to Hotel to rest.



There is 1 of the same batch tourist told me, he book the cruise tickets from this travel company for the balcony class(much expensive) since March and paid everything, when times come in this October trip, the Company told him there is no more balcony class tickets, only left normal class ticket and he felt being cheat by this Company! Even got refund back but customer already lost confidence on this Company!!

For the Hotel they provide to us, in the package written is a 3 stars Hotel, when we reach to that Hotel can vomits blood, that just a 1 star Hotel...

If you want go travel, i suggest you DON'T chose this travel company!!
