My 1st daughter, wasn't jaundiced at all. Breastfed her about 1 month plus, cos after right having her, I did my degree.
2nd baby, a little jaundiced, but nothing worrying. Managed to breastfed for 4+ months.
Diet, I think nothing special. I just had the usual nasi + tasteless confinement lauk for first few weeks, then normal stuff for the rest of the confinement period. I don't really pantang la, so dunno la because of diet or what..
